She has always viewed recruiting as solving a puzzle because she gets to help candidates and clients find the perfect fit. Being a former teacher, Christa is passionate about mentoring others and helping candidates better themselves. It’s very rewarding knowing that she’s been able to impact candidates’ lives in a positive way by helping them find that next great opportunity. Outside of work she enjoys interior design, DYI home renovations, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and cute puppy!
