Ashley Carter

Meet Ashley Carter, a Sales recruiting specialist who officially joined Hirewell full-time in June 2025 after previously working with the team as a contractor. Born and raised in Evansville, IN, Ashley also works remotely from her hometown.

With a strong drive for helping people find the perfect match, Ashley thrives on the thrill of a recruiting win. Whether it’s a candidate excitedly accepting an offer or a client finding their ideal hire, she lives for those high-impact moments that make recruiting so rewarding.

Ashley attended the University of Southern Indiana and brings a tenacious, client-first approach to every search. She’s most excited about growing her skills even further and learning from the amazing team around her.

Outside of work, Ashley is all about family time—chasing around her three little ones: Julian (9), Lana (5), and Teddy (2). She’s a huge baseball fan (Go Cardinals!), a fan of The Dark Knight, and loves a good read like Where the Crawdads Sing.

Fun Fact: Ashley is the oldest of seven sisters!
