Role Responsibilities

As a z/OS Systems Programmer, you will:

• Support various mainframe aspects, including CICS and Db2 subsystems, system maintenance, and software replacement.
• Automate call center and distribution center activities for increased safety and efficiency.
• Develop code to integrate modern web applications with mainframe systems.
• Use data to support product development and marketing decisions.
• Enhance technical knowledge through learning groups, book clubs, and mentoring.

• At least 2 years of experience with z/OS, CICS, DB2, JCL, SMP/E, SMS/ACS, VTAM, Zowe, z/OSMF
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment with agile practices
• Curiosity and passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Interest in developing skills to lead projects and mentor other engineers is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

The starting pay range for this role is $125,000 – $175,000, based on skills and experience. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for Cash Profit Sharing, Retirement Fund (DPS) contributions, discretionary signing bonuses, and/or relocation assistance.
