Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate is an exceptional organizer, a resourceful problem solver, and a master of multitasking. You excel in a fast-moving environment, building strong professional relationships, and maintaining high-level communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring that all appointments, meetings, and events run smoothly.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, ensuring both business and personal itineraries are seamless and well-planned.
  • Take charge of preparing, reviewing, and organizing important documents, presentations, and reports. Summarize key takeaways for efficient meetings.
  • Support the Executive Leadership Team (XLT) by managing scheduling, ensuring timely communication, and following up on action items.
  • Assist with planning, organizing, and executing company-wide events and initiatives.
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs and take the initiative to solve problems before they arise.
  • Ensure all meetings are prepared for with clear agendas and appropriate materials, and that meeting outcomes are followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Identify areas for improvement in operational efficiency and implement process enhancements as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5-8 years of experience supporting senior executives, with a proven ability to manage high-level responsibilities.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information and maintain confidentiality.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • High degree of professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies to enhance efficiency.

Benefits: This role will be eligible for hourly compensation at a rate of $45 – $50 / hour and offers access to health
