We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Implementation to spearhead the rollout of our AI-driven products and ensure seamless integration with our clients’ systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete implementation of AI solutions for enterprise clients, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed implementation roadmap, coordinating efforts with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and customer success.
  • Lead a team of implementation specialists, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional development to drive high performance and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients during the implementation phase, managing expectations and addressing any challenges that arise.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and customize implementation plans for smooth integration with existing systems and workflows.
  • Continuously assess and enhance implementation processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and better client outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership regarding project status, risks, and opportunities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Create and implement best practices, documentation, and training materials to support ongoing product adoption and client success.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in implementation or project management roles, ideally in technology or AI sectors.
  • Proven success in managing complex, enterprise-level software implementations.
  • Familiarity with AI and technology integration in enterprise environments, particularly within insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent project management skills with a solid understanding of methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams, with a focus on professional growth and development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical and operational challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Background in insurance technology or related industries.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
