Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the sales team to grasp client needs and create customized AI-driven solutions that align with their business objectives.
• Act as the technical authority during the pre-sales phase, offering product demonstrations, technical presentations, and addressing detailed client questions.
• Collaborate with clients to evaluate their existing systems and workflows, identifying opportunities for integrating our AI solutions.
• Design and present tailored product configurations and prototypes to showcase the value and capabilities of our offerings.
• Support the implementation process by providing technical expertise, troubleshooting challenges, and facilitating smooth integration with client systems.
• Serve as a communication bridge between clients and the product development team, sharing client feedback to influence future product enhancements.
• Offer post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and sustained success with our products.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides, FAQs, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting role, ideally within the AI or tech sectors.
• Strong technical foundation with experience in software development, system integration, and cloud-based solutions.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies and their applications in enterprise settings.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven track record of managing multiple client projects simultaneously and delivering top-notch results under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward addressing client needs.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar, as well as experience with APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
