Vice President, Sales Enablement

Role: Vice President, Sales Enablement

This role offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies across multiple service lines, working in a collaborative team environment to manage work streams and support relationship development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a best-in-class GTM function
  • Use market research for coverage strategies, account prioritization, and planning
  • Conduct research and analysis for new business development opportunities
  • Prepare team members for interactions, meetings, and pitches
  • Formulate GTM KPIs and develop dashboards with the Data Analytics team
  • Present monthly GTM KPIs
  • Manage account identification, outreach cadence, and sales enablement KPIs
  • Maintain and improve the CRM system (Intapp)
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing on strategic projects
  • Share and manage best practices, lead internal trainings
  • Support firm development efforts and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top program
  • Located or willing to relocate to Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, or New York
  • Interested in an in-office team culture (four days per week)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Excel and BI/KPI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Qlikview)
  • Experience with Intapp and/or DealCloud preferred
  • Ability to work in a small, collaborative team
  • Proven ability to interact with senior executives
  • Strong communication skills, including email etiquette
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Salary range: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (based on qualifications and experience)
