Our client is building the next gen ERP. They believe accountants deserve better technology so they’re re-building the most fundamental accounting system from the ground up by embedding AI and automation into the core workflows of finance teams.

About the role:

They are building an accounting & finance software that will be industry defining and they need someone with expertise in finance and accounting to help support the high demand for new customer onboardings. You’ll be working closely with the founders and customer team to support their existing customers and will have the unique opportunity to help define their product. The role is remote first with opportunities to travel for team events.

You will:

• Manage new customer onboardings and work directly with the onboarding staff to ensure projects are completed on-time.
• Create an efficient onboarding and training process for all new users to decrease time to value for their customers.
• Be the advocate for their customers. Understand and empathize with their needs and help them get the most of the product through recommended best practices.
• Take on special projects and support the CEO on product and GTM initiatives

You are a good fit for this role if you:

• Have 2-5+ years of work experience at a top-tier accounting firm and/or startup in a finance/accounting role
• Love to build new processes from scratch and find creative solutions
• Worked in a client facing role and are uncompromisingly service-minded
• Are comfortable operating in a fast paced environment while keeping a high attention to detail
• Have excellent communication skills with internal cross-functional teams and customers
• Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with ASC 606 & SaaS revenue recognition
  • Exposure early stage startups
  • CPA certified
