Recruiter

Position Overview: This role plays a key part in maintaining staffing levels to meet business demands, ensuring smooth onboarding, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead Recruitment: Coordinate recruitment efforts for non-exempt employees, with a primary focus on operations roles. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
• New Hire Onboarding & Orientation: Administer pre-employment testing, conduct reference checks, and coordinate pre-hire processes, including background screenings.
• Database and Record Management: Maintain accurate records within the human resources information system (HRIS), ensuring compliance with applicant tracking procedures. Generate reports on applicant flow, hiring metrics, and employee status changes.
• Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support overall HR operations.
