About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of FP&A to lead the financial planning and analysis function. This role combines strategic finance, operational analytics, and sales operations alignment, partnering closely with the CFO and executive leadership team to drive growth, financial efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
The Director of FP&A will oversee forecasting, planning, and financial modeling while ensuring financial insights are translated into actionable business and operational strategies.
What You’ll Do

Lead company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and long-range strategic modeling efforts.

Partner with the CFO and executive leadership to translate business strategy into actionable financial plans and measurable results.

Manage revenue forecasting and sales operations alignment, ensuring accurate and consistent projections across the organization.

Develop, refine, and maintain scalable financial systems that connect ERP, CRM, and BI tools into a unified reporting ecosystem.

Oversee management reporting and Board materials that provide clear, actionable insight into business performance.

Build and maintain KPIs to measure financial health, sales productivity, and operational efficiency.

Lead process improvements that enhance forecasting accuracy, automation, and analytical capabilities.

Mentor and develop FP&A team members, fostering technical growth and strong business acumen.

Support ad hoc analyses, capital planning, and special projects to evaluate strategic opportunities.
The Skills and Experience You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

5–10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate development, or a related function.

Proven success building and scaling FP&A capabilities within a high-growth environment.

Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, systems integration, and KPI development.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and the interdependencies between accounting and operational finance.

Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, and Revenue teams on pipeline, forecasting, and performance management.

Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to tell a compelling story beyond the numbers.

Demonstrated leadership in developing high-performing teams and driving alignment across stakeholders.

High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and strategic impact.
