  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Place, spread, and finish concrete surfaces to exact specifications.
    • Perform control joint cutting and edge finishing.
    • Ensure smooth, even surface texture, proper slope, and correct grade.
    • Support trench restoration and flatwork replacement.
    • Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and strictly follow PPE/safety requirements.
  • Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of concrete finishing experience.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.
    • Proficient with both hand and power finishing tools.
    • Knowledge of proper curing methods and surface preparation.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments.
    • Reliable and ownership-driven.
    • Valid driver’s license preferred.
