At Hirewell, we’re searching for a skilled Equipment Technician in the Hebron, KY area to join us on a contract basis. If you enjoy solving technical challenges, take pride in hands-on work, and want to be part of a team that values precision and craftsmanship, this role could be for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Put your mechanical expertise to work as you install, maintain, and repair our customer’s equipment safely and efficiently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, communicating directly with the department manager to ensure problems are resolved effectively.
• Maintain detailed repair logs and complete job forms with accuracy and timeliness.
• Set up and service Fuel, Lube, and DEF equipment at customer sites following our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Document your work carefully, including parts requests and job details.

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and handling smaller loads frequently.
• Comfortable with physical tasks like climbing, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
• Ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions and moderate noise levels.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.

Attendance Requirements:

• Consistent, reliable attendance is key, including arriving on time as scheduled.
