Natalie joined Hirewell in June of 2021, specializing in finance and accounting recruiting. She is from Bristol Illinois and graduated from Harper College in Palatine, IL. She is in recruiting because she loves being able to give hope to people and guide them through making some of the most important decisions of their life. Having a career in recruiting, she learns something new about someone everyday it helps her be a more empathetic and authentic person. Outside of work Natalie enjoys doing art such as painting, drawing, creating sculptures and creative writing. Fun fact, she’s an artist herself and displays her paintings in local consignments and shops in the downtown Aurora area!
