Michelin joined Hirewell in 2023 specializing in Real Estate recruiting. She is originally from Keo, Arkansas, and graduated from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Helping people is what she loves to do. That’s one of the reasons she joined the recruiting space. She is able to do what she enjoys by helping good people find great jobs for them. In her free time, she works on her non-profit organization for college students called “Dear Life University”. Fun fact, she is a student ministry leader at her church! In her new role, Michelin is most excited to help multiple people find their forever home at a new company.
