Having a love for music, back in high school he was also in the marching band, jazz band and musicals. He believes people are at the heart of every great company, product, and idea and if you can help organizations build great teams you are helping them with their most important function. Outside of work Tom is an avid reader who enjoys a good business book and spending quality time with his wife and kids.
