Systems Analyst

Job Title: Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst is responsible for the support, maintenance, and reliable performance of our systems, integrations, and reporting.  This role is responsible for ensuring the proper functionality of critical business applications as well as identifying and implementing solutions to meet emerging needs of our corporate and franchise store operations.

This role provides a key link between functional process owners, end users and various technical resources. The ideal candidate will thrive in a nascent and dynamic environment and will also play a key role using independent thought and initiative to leverage technology to action key initiatives and to realize the many currently untapped opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving any ERP related issues 
  • Support for our CRM, POS, and Reporting solutions
  • Support the end-users and business process owners regarding process and change management, planning and conducting ongoing training and quality testing of existing applications 
  • Forming and maintaining a disaster recovery plan for all connected systems
  • Coordinates new software releases, fixes and upgrades with technical teams and users
  • Printer/barcode scanner and similar peripheral support
  • Assists/conduct system audits to verify compliance with policies
  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications
  • Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
  • Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
  • Manage the set-up and configuration of systems
  • Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
  • Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms
  • Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of systems to meet the business and user needs – with a specific focus on cybersecurity updates
  • Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance



  • This individual is proficient in time management, communication, problem solving, and knowledge of best practices to guide the IT Operations on issues related to all information systems usage and deployment of mission-critical functionality.  


Necessary skills to effectively perform this role are:

  • 4+ years IT experience
  • Strong functional knowledge of administering and configuring multiple enterprise applications such as Microsoft Dynamics, M365, NetSuite, and CRM
  • Knowledge of POS systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
  • Data mining, analysis, and report building.
