? Responsible for Customer Fill rate
and associated activities
? Oversees the correct planning parameters
& master data population in the ERP
system (IFS) to ensure accurate
purchasing and order fulfillment.
? Represents Supply Chain in the S&OP
process. Leads Mini-S&OP and
Operations Meetings. Communicates
supply chain issues/recommendations for
resolution within these meetings.
? Assists in the budgeting process for
Supply Chain (provides long term
plans)
? Leads continuous process improvement
initiatives for Supply Chain and Supply
Planning
? Interacts with Customer Service,
Sales, Marketing, Purchasing,
Copackers, and Logistics to
accomplish desired objectives.

? Coordinate with the sales team to identify
upcoming promotions and volumes.
? Works with Procurement team on
Sourcing, Procurement and Fulfillment
issues as needed.
? Responsible for creating tracking all inbound
POs from the Co-Manufacturers.
? Provides Co-Manufacturers with ongoing
rolling 12 months forecasts and aligns with
them on any production issues
? Responsible for the correct inventory holding
strategies based on the usage of forward
forecast to ensure sufficient inventory while
managing obsolescence and expiry to a
minimum.
? Translates high-level corporate goals and strategy
into specific tactical Supply Planning goals and
