Department Overview The Technology Solutions Department is at the forefront of designing and delivering advanced technology solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency, mitigating risk, and driving revenue growth for the firm. With a focus on technical excellence, we incorporate cutting-edge application designs, robust data integration and analytics, high availability infrastructure, and superior service to our key stakeholders, all while embedding information security throughout. Our critical functions encompass Project Management, Vendor Management, Business Analysis, Enterprise Data Governance and Stewardship, Application Development, 3rd Party Integration, as well as Strategic and Secure Infrastructure and Operations. Collaboration with firm leadership and business unit heads guides the development of plans aligned with business objectives.

Position Responsibilities The Technology Solutions Department is seeking a proficient software developer experienced in C# .NET and UI frameworks like AngularJS, React, or SPFX. This role demands hands-on involvement in designing, developing, and maintaining applications, integrations, and workflows using custom development methods and low-code platforms such as the Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, and workflow orchestration platforms like Camunda. Attention to detail, strong application design skills, and data expertise are crucial for creating scalable and robust applications that meet our business requirements. This position involves interacting with end-users in both development and support capacities, making exceptional verbal and written communication skills indispensable for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop user-friendly, responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces and applications aligned with aggressive business objectives
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries using contemporary programming languages and frameworks for current and future applications
  • Evaluate existing applications and provide recommendations to enhance UI, performance, and stability
  • Participate in project planning activities to formulate delivery timelines and estimates in support of overarching project goals
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in the front-end technology stack, identifying opportunities for process and procedure enhancements
  • Design, create, and maintain automated test scripts within our CI / CD pipeline for all supported applications
  • Adhere to the latest development and security standards to ensure application stability and data protection
  • Provide support to clients by addressing requests and support needs, including triaging support tickets based on defined SLAs
  • Maintain application support procedures and documentation as needed

Candidate Requirements Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study
  • 1-3 years of application development experience using languages and frameworks like C#, .NET, React, Angular, Javascript, Python, Node.js, VS Code, HTML, CSS, or similar technologies
  • 1-3 years of experience building and deploying Azure-based applications, utilizing Azure App Service, Azure Functions, API Management, and Containerization within an Agile framework, along with CI / CD tools like Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Octopus, CheckMarx, and Sonatype
  • Development experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Model-driven / Canvas apps, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse is a strong plus
  • Proficiency with Git and GitHub, Swagger, and Postman
  • Experience developing applications on MS SQL Server / SSIS / SSMS or Azure SQL / Azure Managed Instance, Azure Data Factory
  • Knowledge of active directory and PowerShell
  • Familiarity with designing workflows in BPMN 2.0 is a strong plus
