GTM Sales Recruiter
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Our client is a rapidly growing early stage startup in the AI software space. Their video intelligence product utilizes Generative AI to provide a best in class platform that can be deployed with their hardware or plugged into existing hardware to help customers gain new insights into their operations, safety, and security. The video security market ($50B+ in revenue) is dominated by incumbents, with less than 1.5% of the companies using a cloud-based video security solution. Physical security is not going away. Every company is going to need better tools combined with AI. Our client’s goal is to build a global platform of ethical security that is highly AI enabled.
The existing team is comprised of serial entrepreneurs and tech leaders who have 10+ years of experience building and driving results from Stanford University, Oxford University, Zoox, and Lyft.

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven GTM Sales Recruiter to join the growing team. As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in fueling their growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top sales talent who will drive revenue and contribute to the company’s growth and ultimate success.

  • Partner closely with CEO and CTO to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies for each role
  • Source, screen, and engage with qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
  • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment to ensure our hiring strategies remain competitive


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in sales recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment and/or agency setting
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top sales talent
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and the ability to assess candidates’ sales skills and potential, more specifically Account Executives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence candidates and hiring managers
  • Results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency to meet hiring goals and deadlines
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools/software
