Job Description

Looking for a self-motivated individual near Draper, Utah to help with day to day flow of our Returns and Warranty Department. Successful candidates will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a high degree of analytical and investigative skills. A strong ability to work hard with minimal guidance is a must.

Responsibilities and Duties

• -Accepting and sorting incoming shipments

• Unboxing, Processing and checking product for defects

• Creating and updating records in our ERP system

• Picking, Packing, and Shipping Replacement Products

• Interacting directly with customers to provide customer support on RMA matters.

• Assisting Ubiquiti Engineers with escalated product return cases

• Coordinate with fulfillment teams both in USA and China

Experience that is a Major Plus

• Experience working with UPS, Fedex, or other freight forwarders,

• Experience working customer support

• Analytical troubleshooting skills

• Experience working with ERP or other data collection systems

• Experience working with industrial equipment such as industrial shredders and forklifts
