POSITION DESCRIPTION: Quality Assurance Analyst
JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a QA Analyst to join our team in Chicago, IL for a hybrid position! As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will take part in various projects, assessing software quality by designing and implementing software testing processes. You will take ownership of code quality through exploratory and automated tests. You will hunt bugs, identify issues, report them, and see that they’re dealt with. As you will take an active part in projects, including the world’s largest retailers, your role will directly impact millions of end-user’s experiences.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a QA analyst, you will install servers, PC clients, and mobile (iOS/Android) clients. You will execute manual test cases, develop product tests, set up lab configurations, write and log problem reports. You should also be able to set up various network configurations. You must be capable of evaluating the quality of an individual product component, be an effective communicator and a problem-solver, and work under a low level of supervision.

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to handle multiple assignments
• Must be precise and accurate, well organized worker
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be able to perform in a demanding, fast-paced environment
