QA Project Manager
Project/Test Manager to support the QA team and manage all the test projects the QA team is working on.
Responsibilities may include the following:
Work closely with the client QA Manager and other senior members of the department to ensure alignment on project initiatives.
Own the day-to-day management of project distribution among the QA team with support from client leadership.
Discuss the scope of work necessary for each project, setting project timelines with client stakeholders and QA team.
Ensure that the QA team has all the necessary resources and guidance to complete projects.
Balancing team workloads while ensuring deadlines are met.
Support scoping across projects.
Communicate with team members to resolve project-related challenges and improve work efficiency.
Act as a functional escalation point and liaison for customer/department issues and communications.
Ensure resources and activities are in alignment with all agreements and department obligations.
Ensure that activities in connection with services and projects are maintained and achieved at the expected agreed-upon quality with a high level of satisfaction.
Manage, monitor, and report on pre-established service operations such as metrics, capacity, productivity, and customer satisfaction as needed.
Take action on potential risks and issues and provide proposals for solutions to senior management if escalation is required.
