Infrastructure Project Manager Job Description

PM must be capable of communicating with, and managing stakeholders, understanding business requirements, developing success criteria, understand and implement designs and reporting of status, risk on multiple levels.  Must be able to perceive problems and escalate risks and mitigation alternatives early and clearly to stakeholders.  Organizational skills with the ability to identify alternatives and trade-offs articulating pros and cons. Subject matter expertise in operating and implementing technology spaces, low voltage (cable) infrastructure and operating in construction project environments is essential for success.

  • 7-10 years’ experience running initiatives with multiple enabling projects
  • Multi-level organizational reporting familiarity
  • Subject matter expertise in the following:
    • Low voltage cable design
    • Cable implementation best practices
    • Construction project technology coordination
  • Design background a plus (RCDD, BICSI certifications a major plus)
  • Plan execution competencies
  • Schedule development (MS Project)
  • Stakeholder organization and management
