We are looking for a data driven problem solver to be our next Paid Media Strategist. You are someone who is thrilled to grow your skill set everyday by merging analytics with cutting edge digital marketing skills to deliver huge results for our clients.
Ideally, you are a critical thinker who wants to know what is not working, why it is not working, and how it can be improved. You are excited to get to know different audiences, analyzing data, optimizing campaign elements and much more.
// THE ROLE
The Paid Media Strategist is responsible for the performance and strategic optimizations of our client’s paid media campaigns. This role reports to our Paid Media Managers. Your tasks will include building campaign plans, optimizing campaigns, pacing budgets, reporting, project managing client projects among other things.
You may occasionally interact with clients and vendors through email, video calls, or in-person meetings so your excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills will come in handy.
// RESPONSIBILITIES & ROUTINE ACTIVITIES
Maintain high level of client knowledge for designated clients
Understand the overall client media plans and how campaigns can affect
their overall business performance
Help to develop campaign strategy and road-mapping
Build testing plans for creative, bidding, targeting, campaign set up and more
Execute paid search, paid social, display and other campaigns for multiple clients
Complete optimizations in a proactive manner to ensure each campaign
meets or exceeds desired KPIs and specific goals
Manage and maintain digital media budgets, forecasting and pacing
Conduct keyword and audience research
QA campaign settings, targeting, landing pages, ads and more
Extract campaign data, generate client reports, interpret and analyze results
Identify trends, wins, and losses and communicate to teams and clients
Communicate with designated client teams on performance, plans, project
statuses and more
Maintain digital marketing knowledge through constant self-education
Bring potential opportunities of growth to account managers and directors
Improve and maintain internal and external documentation
// REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and setting
campaign strategy for clients
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Informatics and/or other related
degrees
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products
Basic proficiency in Google workspaces (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
Understands how to properly analyze qualitative and quantitative data
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Inquisitive nature and desire to always find ways to improve
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to handle difficult situations in a positive and professional manner
Google Analytics Certification
Google Ads Professional Certification

Experience managing campaigns in Meta and other social media platforms
Experience managing campaigns in DSPs
