Ensure that the QMS conforms to ISO9001: 2015

Conducting Internal Audit on ISO9001:2015 quality system

Programming CNC Machines using Fusion 360

Communicating with customers on projects/orders

Working with shipping/receiving on order priority

Creating work instructions for repeat jobs

Using ERP Software for timing and scheduling of projects/orders.

Inspect and calibrate any new or out of date inspection equipment and tools (CMM, Calipers, Micrometers, Master gauges, etc.)

Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes

Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations

Ensure the promotion of customer focus

Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained

Create and Maintain PPAPs using InspectionXpert Software

Collect material certs and inspection report and file per job on our ERP software

Create inspection programs and train quality inspectors on using CMM and inspection tools (Romer Arm)

Oversee Inspection Reports are properly filled out

Communicate with customer material deviations or quality issues

Create shipping documents after all documents have been checked and are confirmed completed and there are no quality issues if so approved material deviation form customer has been received.
