Role and Responsibilities

As a strategic operations leader, you will:

  • Drive Innovation: Engage in cutting-edge projects such as integrating advanced automation technology and redesigning distribution processes. Your strategic input will help plan site expansions and develop search marketing strategies, leveraging customer data to identify unmet product needs.

  • Strategize and Implement: You will explore various business areas, challenge the status quo, and drive transformative change. Use your experience and critical thinking skills to develop and implement strategic process improvements, enhancing our operational efficiency.

  • Lead and Develop Teams: Build high-performing teams through effective coaching, training, and relationship building. Lead project meetings, manage distribution operations, and implement new processes. Your leadership will foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Daily Activities

A typical day might include:

  • Leading cross-functional project meetings
  • Researching and exploring new market opportunities
  • Managing and optimizing distribution operations
  • Designing and implementing new processes
  • Contributing to learning communities by developing and sharing best practices
  • Visiting customer sites to gather valuable feedback
  • Providing constructive feedback to team members to support their growth

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive starting pay range of $114,000 – $145,000, based on skills and experience. Additional benefits include:
