Overview

This role provides support to Mark Anthony Brewing’s (MAB’s) inventory management process, with the objective to ensure MAB’s ERP system accurately reflects physical inventory movement throughout the MAB supply chain.  Through effective partnership with internal stakeholders—as well as third party material suppliers, co-packers, and re-packers—this role performs the following critical inventory control functions in MAB’s internal ERP system: material receipt transactions, inventory production transactions, inventory reconciliations, and other inventory movement transactions.   

 

 

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Inventory Transactions—Receipts/Production Review, Execution, and Resolution

  • Handle Bills of Lading from co-packers and ensure material orders are “received” in the MAB ERP System
  • Investigate discrepancies and partner with co/re-packers, material suppliers, and internal Mark Anthony personnel to resolve issues
  • Enter production into ERP system at various item levels (work in process as well as finished goods)
  • Backflush all materials consumed during production within ERP system
  • Transact other inventory movements in ERP system

 

Inventory Reconciliation

  • Reconcile inventory levels at assigned sites on a monthly basis to ensure inventory as recorded in ERP is in sync with physical inventory stock levels at each site
  • Partner with sites to make sure all appropriate inventory reporting is received, and work to resolve any discrepancies
  • Complete and lead yearly on hand inventory count at assigned sites

Minimum Requirements (Experience, Qualifications, Skills, Abilities)

Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years of supply chain or accounting background
  • Experience with a CPG company preferred
  • Proficiency using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Change maker: Willing to create new processes, find improvements and work with unknowns

Travel Requirements

Must be willing and able to travel periodically, up to 10% of the time
