Role Summary
We are seeking a Field Technician to join our client’s team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing a variety of equipment, including handicap lifts, elevators, and more across GA, AL, and TN. This role offers excellent growth potential, with opportunities to advance into a leadership position as the company continues to scale. While experience with elevators or athletic equipment is a plus, it’s not required—comprehensive training will be provided for individuals with broad mechanical aptitude and a background in equipment repair, from HVAC to restaurant systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service equipment such as handicap lifts, elevators, bleachers, lockers, and other athletic and institutional products.
• Perform inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide repair solutions to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including reports on installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety standards during installation and service procedures.
• Travel across Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee multiple times per week to service client locations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with equipment such as HVAC, restaurant systems, or other technical systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Experience with elevator or lift equipment.
• Background in athletic or institutional equipment installation or repair.
• Technical certifications or specialized training in elevators, mechanics, or electronics.
