Role Summary
We are seeking a Field Technician to join our client’s team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing a variety of equipment, including handicap lifts, elevators, and more across GA, AL, and TN. This role offers excellent growth potential, with opportunities to advance into a leadership position as the company continues to scale. While experience with elevators or athletic equipment is a plus, it’s not required—comprehensive training will be provided for individuals with broad mechanical aptitude and a background in equipment repair, from HVAC to restaurant systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and service equipment such as handicap lifts, elevators, bleachers, lockers, and other athletic and institutional products.
- Perform inspections, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide repair solutions to ensure equipment safety and reliability.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including reports on installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Adhere to all safety standards during installation and service procedures.
- Travel across Georgia, Alabama, and Tennessee multiple times per week to service client locations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working with equipment such as HVAC, restaurant systems, or other technical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work at heights and lift heavy equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively.
Preferred but Not Required:
- Experience with elevator or lift equipment.
- Background in athletic or institutional equipment installation or repair.
- Technical certifications or specialized training in elevators, mechanics, or electronics.
