Email Automation and Marketing Manager

Salary Range : $100,000

If you live and breathe email/SMS/automated marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Email/Automation Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team! In this position, you will be responsible for planning and developing our overall email/automation marketing strategy and ensuring that business goals are met.

You will be working with the latest marketing technology in collaboration with internal and external marketing partners.


  • Manage and build overall email/SMS/automation marketing strategy
  • Create various automation lists and campaigns
  • Test campaign success
  • Determine email/SMS marketing KPIs
  • Develop and present reports
  • Create smart email lists
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
  • Increase email subscriptions
  • Analyze data for smart insights
  • Suggest methods for improvements to increase overall leads and conversions


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications, or equivalent work experience.  Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of creating and executing successful email and SMS automated campaigns.. 


  • 2+ years’ experience with email and SMS marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics
  • Experience using marketing automation technology
  • Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
  • Experience with email analytics
  • Experience reporting and analyzing data
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Computer proficiency: proficient in MS Office suite [Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint].
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Team player

  • B2B2C experience
