Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000

Our client is seeking a driven, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support their executive team in both personal and business-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the financial services or consulting industry, demonstrating superior communication, project management, and time management skills. This role requires a “no task is too small” mentality, high levels of confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. The position is primarily office-based with some hybrid opportunities available.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain personal finances, including expense reports, bill payments, and related tasks.
  • Oversee and plan office social events and guest coordination.
  • Coordinate personal activities and appointments.
  • Handle all travel logistics – coordinating flights, car service, hotels, etc.
  • Manage kitchen and office supply inventory for the NYC office and any related items.
  • Other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience supporting executives in both a personal and business administrative capacity.
  • Must have experience in financial services or consulting.
  • No ego: be a team player with a “no task is too small” mentality.
  • Driven, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Superior communication, project, and time management skills.
  • Intuitiveness, good judgment, and a strong work ethic to complete tasks.
  • Ability to provide the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Attentive to principals’ preferences and style, conscientious, and honorable.
  • Role is mainly in-office, but some hybrid opportunity available.
