Job Description
- Determine appropriate audiences for advertising goals
- Research ideal audience interests and locations to maximize advertising reach
- Develop copy, images, and advertisement layouts and designs
- Publish digital marketing campaigns
- Implement email marketing campaigns
- Work together with website host and engineers to create joint advertising efforts, remarketing, tracking, landing pages, quizzes, and additional advertisement-to-webpage marketing
- Measure digital traffic
- Monitor social media and google analytics
- Monitor advertising spend, leads, and conversations
- Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
- Research new advertising methods and platforms based on audience
- Brainstorm and implement conversion experiments and test
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as a digital marketer
- Hands on experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google marketing platforms
- Must have created, placed, and modified digital ads
- Experience writing ads, informational pieces, and website copy
- Understanding of layout aesthetics
- Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Canva, and content management systems
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
- Marketing, advertising, or computer science degree preferred
