Company Overview: Founded three years ago, the company has moved past its startup phase and is experiencing significant growth. Specializing in IT Tech Services, Software, Custom Development, Package and Product Integration, Data and Analytics, and expanding into the AI/ML space, the company builds and upgrades applications, and develops data solutions with a primary focus on the healthcare sector.

Client Base: With around 12 clients in the US, the company primarily serves pharmacies and home health services. Its headquarters are located in Las Vegas.

Role Overview: This role combines responsibilities of a Delivery Manager and an Account Manager, emphasizing client relationship management, project delivery assurance, and account growth within the healthcare consulting sector. This is not a sales role with targets but focuses on ensuring team delivery, client care, problem-solving, and sales efforts for new roles.

Compensation: The position offers a base salary in the range of $120-140k with a 30% bonus, competitive salary, and no equity.

Experience Required: Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience, ideally in healthcare consulting, with a strong background in Account Management and Consulting delivery, potentially with Agile/Waterfall methods.

Location and Travel: The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates based in Chicago. Minimal travel is expected (around 15% or less).

Team Structure: The company has a flat organizational structure, with senior Delivery Managers overseeing project teams and client relationships. They are supported by key executives, including the CEO, Global Delivery VP, and CTO, who are all very hands-on. The CEO is based in Spain, while most of the team (around 300 people) is in India.

Company Focus and Culture: The company focuses on a select set of clients in the healthcare sector, maintaining a startup mentality that emphasizes innovation, risk-taking, and a hands-on approach from C-level executives. Interview Process: The multi-step interview process includes meetings with various key stakeholders, including the VP of Client Services, CTO, Global Delivery Lead, and CEO.

Client Base and Projects: The company primarily serves healthcare clients, handling projects that range from app upgrades to data solutions and strategy assessments. Most of the work is conducted offshore in Delhi.

Responsibilities: The role is a deputy position under the VP of Client Services, responsible for project management, account oversight, SOW management, client interaction, and some business development efforts. The position acts as a conduit to the team in India, focusing on a small set of clients.

Client Management: Responsibilities include managing existing accounts, upselling, and ensuring delivery excellence. There is no specific revenue quota, but a team-oriented approach to achieving targets is essential. Most clients are mid-market-sized PE companies, some of which are publicly traded, with longer-term contracts.

Revenue and Contracts: The company generates most of its revenue offshore, with an annual revenue of $4-5 million across clients. Effective contract management and prioritization are crucial.
