Data Analyst
The primary responsibility of Data Analyst, Customer Success is to manage data extraction, analysis, and interpretation in support of customer journey and operations for the portfolio. Reporting to VP, Customer Success, the Data Analyst, Customer Success will be responsible for the performance and quantitative analysis supporting customer success and the growth and expansion of the customer portfolio.
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources to support portfolio analysis including assessing data adequacy.
- Responsible for data collection of customer success metrics and generating weekly and quarterly reporting.
- Responsible for data collection of operations metrics and generating weekly and quarterly reporting including developing dashboard reporting JIRA.
- Support business intelligence strategies with quantitative analysis.
- Creating visual representations of data findings
- Support development of data vault seed data from customer portfolio supporting business requirements.
- Assist in development of data vault use cases to automate customer and operations reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on data-driven strategies that improve business and operational processes and decision-making.
Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- 5-7 years’ experience in business data analysis and insights.
- Experience in data extraction, statistical analysis and report development.
Technical Qualifications:
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Microsoft Power BI, R, MATLAB.
