Customer Operations Associate
We are searching for a fully-remote Customer Operations Associate for our rapidly growing company that builds websites and online branding for small and medium-sized restaurant businesses.
The Operations team is focused on providing the best possible customer experience for all partners. Our expertise ultimately creates jobs and drives economies as we help local merchants thrive.
As a Customer Operations Associate, you'll focus on providing support for customers to get new accounts up and running on the platform, and bridging the gap between customers and all internal teams.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide ongoing support to 40-50 customer accounts monthly
- Training and onboarding customers
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and the customer
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant Operations or Customer Service work experience
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
