Customer Experience Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated, user-focused individual with a passion for technology and brand development to join our team as a Customer Experience Support Engineer. This is a unique role that requires a mix of hands-on testing, pre and post-sales support analysis, and UI/UX consultation to improve our products and reduce support requests.

Our goal is to make our technology accessible to everyone, without the need for extended troubleshooting or expert consultation. As such, you will use empirical evidence to identify opportunities for improvement, propose hardware design changes to solve common setup challenges, and optimize web store content to ensure each customer has the information they need to make a fully informed purchase.

We are looking for curious, self-driven individuals with proficient technical acumen who are excited to learn about our expansive product suite and provide new insights to make it more user-friendly.

In this role, you will use empirical evidence from incoming support requests, community forums, and social media to drive UI/UX improvements. You will perform hands-on testing to identify potential UX dead-ends and propose areas of improvement. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement and perfect proposed improvements and stay up-to-date on the latest product features and customer feedback.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They should have a background demonstrating an interest in technology and a proven ability to get hands-on.
