Business Operations Analyst

Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Operations Analyst. This role will be responsible for managing our CRM platform and leveraging data from multiple systems to support business analytics and
internal KPI tracking. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience working with
HubSpot or similar systems, combined with strong analytical skills and a proactive
approach to problem-solving. This is a remote position in a small private software
company with approximately 25 employees and less than $15M in revenue.
Systems Support:
? Work deeply within data and systems, becoming intimately familiar with
how our business systems (Hubspot, Tableau, Stripe, Etc.) function.
Data Management and Analysis:
? Extract, clean, and manipulate data from various systems, including
HubSpot, CRM, and other databases, to support business analytics.
? Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key
performance indicators (KPIs).
? Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in the data to inform strategic
decision-making and optimize business processes.
KPI Development and Maintenance:
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and prioritize
key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
? Establish benchmarks and targets for KPIs and monitor performance
against these metrics on an ongoing basis.
? Analyze KPI trends and variances, identify areas for improvement, and
recommend strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related
? 2-5 years of experience working in CRMs or Data visualization tools, with a strong
understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
? Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, or
BI software.
? Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
and recommendations.
? Demonstrated high level of attention to detail, with the ability to review financial
data, identify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in reporting.
? Proven track record of effectively prioritizing tasks and managing multiple
projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results in
a fast-paced environment.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
? Proactive, strategic mindset, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities
for process improvement and drive initiatives to completion.
