Our Sales Development Representatives will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 50 plus calls per day, working with new business opportunities, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales across a set list of products and services. 

Key responsibilities includes sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow up and outbound cold calls/emails
  • Must be comfortable with making 50+ calls per day
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Partner with internal team members to build pipeline and close deals
  • Qualify prospects
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure 
  • Close sales across a set list of products/services and achieve designated quotas
  • Maintain, update and expand your database of prospects

Knowledge, Skills and Education Requirements 

  • 2 years sales experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Salesforce.com knowledge and inputting of all activities a must
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Minimal travel to represent us at trade shows and industry events
