Benefits Administrator

  • At least 3 years of benefits administration experience; Bachelor’s is a plus but not required
  • Advanced Excel skills required; must know how to do v-look ups. Macros a big plus.
  • Main responsibilities will be project based for the first few months and will include
    • Auditing 2020 benefit elections for life insurance, disability, medical, dental, vision, and flexible spending
    • Monitoring alerts and elections to remove dependents from coverage
    • Monitoring benefits email account on a daily basis
    • Assisting with Voluntary Life and Voluntary AD&D Repayment calculations
    • Maintaining a large amount of benefit data in Excel
    • Approve new hire elections in UltiPro HRIS system
    • Back up for benefit billing reconciliation
