Benefits Administrator

Salary Range : $0
- At least 3 years of benefits administration experience; Bachelor’s is a plus but not required
- Advanced Excel skills required; must know how to do v-look ups. Macros a big plus.
- Main responsibilities will be project based for the first few months and will include
- Auditing 2020 benefit elections for life insurance, disability, medical, dental, vision, and flexible spending
- Monitoring alerts and elections to remove dependents from coverage
- Monitoring benefits email account on a daily basis
- Assisting with Voluntary Life and Voluntary AD&D Repayment calculations
- Maintaining a large amount of benefit data in Excel
- Approve new hire elections in UltiPro HRIS system
- Back up for benefit billing reconciliation
