Accounting Adminstrator
Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Accounting Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a well-established company known for excellence in construction services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage general contractor statements.
- Collect, review, and verify waivers from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Review and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile expense reports and credit card statements.
- Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed to support the construction operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in accounting within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting operations, including invoicing, expense management, and financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
