What You’ll Do

• Support concrete crews with daily jobsite activities.
• Assist with demolition, concrete removal, and site preparation.
• Operate chop saws, hand saws, and core drilling equipment.
• Assist with trenching, backfilling, and flatwork restoration.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Work alongside Concrete Finishers, Equipment Operators, and Foremen to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Follow all PPE, OSHA, and company safety standards.

 
What We’re Looking For

• Construction or general labor experience preferred.
• Experience with concrete, demolition, saw cutting, or site preparation is a plus.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Safety-minded with a team-first mentality.
