We’re partnered with a well-established, high-growth consumer products organization seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable & Deductions Specialist to join their team. This is a highly visible role supporting a complex, high-volume customer portfolio within a fast-paced environment.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in CPG environments and has deep experience navigating deductions, trade promotions, and customer reconciliation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own full-cycle AR for a defined portfolio of customers
• Manage complex CPG deductions including trade promotions, shortages, and logistics penalties
• Handle cash application (lockbox, ACH/EFT) and daily reconciliation
• Investigate and resolve disputes, invalid deductions, and past-due balances
• Partner cross-functionally with brokers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor aging, lead collections efforts, and maintain detailed documentation
• Support audits, month-end close, and reporting analysis

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• 5+ years of CPG deductions experience (required)
• Strong background in trade/billbacks, shortages, penalties, and promo deductions
• Experience with SAP (ECC or S/4), EDI platforms, and Excel
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
