Revenue Operations Analyst
Role Overview
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will support the operational backbone of go-to-market teams by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across core revenue processes. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will help execute and maintain deal desk, quoting, renewals, and CRM data hygiene while learning how revenue systems and processes scale in a growing B2B SaaS environment.
This role is ideal for someone early in their RevOps career who is detail-oriented, analytically curious, and eager to build strong foundational skills in revenue operations, systems, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Do
Deal Desk & Quoting Operations

Support day-to-day quoting requests for Sales and Customer Success, ensuring pricing accuracy and adherence to approved deal structures.

Assist with contract and quote validation, flagging exceptions or missing information for review.

Help maintain pricing rules, templates, and product catalog accuracy in CRM and quoting tools.

Learn and follow deal desk governance processes while building confidence in quote-to-cash workflows.
Renewals & Revenue Support

Assist with renewal preparation by validating account data, contract terms, and renewal timelines.

Support Sales and Customer Success teams by ensuring renewal opportunities are accurately reflected in the CRM.

Help monitor renewal progress and escalate risks or discrepancies to Revenue Operations leadership.
Systems, Data & Reporting

Maintain accurate and complete data in the CRM, particularly for opportunities, quotes, contracts, and account records, ensuring alignment between CRM and downstream reporting.

Use Excel to clean, validate, and analyze revenue data, including building and maintaining spreadsheets with formulas, pivot tables, and lookups to support pipeline and forecasting insights.

Run, validate, and reconcile standard CRM and Excel-based reports related to pipeline health, deal activity, and renewals.

Identify data inconsistencies, reporting discrepancies, or process gaps across systems and spreadsheets, and surface recommendations for improvement.

Support documentation of Revenue Operations processes, reporting logic, and system workflows to ensure consistency and scalability.
Enablement & Collaboration

Help create and maintain internal documentation, playbooks, and templates for Sales and Customer Success teams.

Provide frontline operational support by answering process-related questions and routing requests appropriately.

Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth execution of revenue processes.

Participate in enablement sessions to continuously build Revenue Operations and system expertise.
The Skills and Knowledge You Bring

0–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Finance Operations, or a related role (internships or graduate programs welcome).

Basic understanding of B2B SaaS revenue concepts (ARR, renewals, pipeline, contracts).

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems (hands-on experience strongly preferred).

Proficient in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups, with the ability to analyze and validate revenue and pipeline data.

Interest in quote-to-cash, revenue systems, and operational excellence.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes accurately.

Analytical mindset with comfort working in reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to ask questions, learn quickly, and apply feedback.
