TAPS | EB Manager, Account Management – Phoenix, AZ
The Manager of the Account Management is responsible for leading the team including: handling performance reviews and performance improvement plans, case load distribution, budgeting for future growth of the team and managing escalated service issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage performance reviews and improvement plans
-
Manage quarterly bonuses for the team
-
Assign and/or re-distribute client accounts to the team
-
Budgeting new hires and interview/source new talent as needed
-
Serve as department manager for escalated issues with client and carriers
-
Develop training processes and service templates
-
Attend client meetings as needed
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

Education, Training and Experience:
-
5+ years insurance industry experience, required;
-
Bachelor’s degree, preferred;
-
5 + years of Management / Leadership experience, preferred;
-
5+ years of customer service experience, required;
-
Experience with Microsoft Suite, required;
-
Life and Health License; required.
