Yello’s internal Talent Acquisition Manager went on maternity leave at a time of high growth, so they needed a turn-key recruiting solution to prevent a loss of hiring momentum. Given the competitive nature of Chicago’s tech scene, it was a critical time for Yello to leverage an experienced partner with deep market knowledge.
