Rightpoint, a Genpact company, is the digital consultancy with technology at its core. We design and engineer end-to-end digital experiences to help our clients succeed at the speed of innovation.

When Hirewell first partnered with Rightpoint in 2009, they were a small but rapidly growing shop, just over a dozen employees and gaining traction in the enterprise consulting space. At that point in time, Rightpoint did not have an internal HR or talent acquisition function, while their hiring needs escalated quickly. Recruiting was also time-consuming for the senior management team, as the process elements (maintaining candidate contact, setting up interviews, job postings and ATS management, etc.) were considerable. Rightpoint was interested in a partnership that could not only source the volume candidates they required but also manage much of the hiring process.

How We Helped

Hirewell created its first Managed Recruiting Program for Rightpoint, assigning a dedicated recruiter to partner with the hiring and operations teams to locate top talent and provide a consistent and positive candidate experience. As Rightpoint continued to grow, Hirewell then assisted in building out Rightpoint’s internal talent acquisition team, who Hirewell continues to partner with to this day. In total, the partnership has spanned over 10 years and 100+ placements.

What do you like best?

As a professional service organization, you’re only as strong as your ability to deliver for your client, and knowing that Hirewell could always come through for us on the talent side allowed us to confidently push the business forward.

 

Also, their ability to partner on the communication and messaging side, providing a streamlined candidate experience, has been incredibly valuable. Rightpoint’s talent needs are in an incredibly competitive space, so having a partner at the front line who can consistently convey your messaging is incredibly valuable.

 

What do you dislike?

Nothing. James Hornick and Matt Massucci have been there for us since the start and I’d recommend them to anyone.

 

Recommendations to others considering the provider:

Hirewell can do far more than you typically recruiting firm. Their ability to create custom solutions beyond just the sourcing aspects of recruiting, i.e. partnering with operations and managing the interview process and candidate experience, is something that far exceeds expectations of a normal staffing organization.

 

What problems are you solving with the provider? What benefits have you realized?

There are different inflection points that I can point to that allowed us to grow as an organization. Hirewell partnered with Rightpoint to help us align talent as our company grew through each inflection point.
