We’re looking for a UX Designer to join our budding UX team on the ground level. You'll be part of a specialized user experience team, working along-side product managers, engineers, data analysts and content strategists with the objective to constantly push the envelope in web and mobile experiences. You’ll have access to real-time consumer data to back you up, with exposure and visibility into big brand partners in the home services, energy, e-commerce, mobile, insurance and software industries. You’ll have ownership of the full UX process, using user experience tactics to convert consumer data and user feedback into purposeful designs, with hands-on responsibilities across usability research, analysis, persona creation, journey and channel mapping, card sorting, wire-frames and more.
Examples of your day-to-day:
- Research and analysis - conducting user research and communicating this to stake holders.
- Creating interactive wire-frames, optimizing user-flows for web and mobile experiences.
- Quickly implement and fine-tune new and existing workflows that will create and optimize the user experience.
- Collaborate with Senior Designers and Analysts to drive user experience strategy, incorporating the full UX process, including creating customer journey maps, opportunity maps, user personas, card sorting, taxonomy strategy, channel mapping strategy, high- and low-fidelity wire-frames.
