Executive Assistant


Summary: The primary function of this position is to provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Leadership Team of the company.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments and travel plans ensuring Outlook calendars are up-to-date at all times.

  2. Assist in making travel arrangements to include booking flights, hotels, car rentals, meeting arrangements and event registration.

  3. Create, reconcile and submit monthly expense reporting.

  4. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and power point presentations.

  5. Coordinate and reserve meeting rooms and assist with agenda planning as requested.

  6. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, opening and routing mail and filing.

  7. Assist with the coordination of special projects.

  8. Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.

  9. Conducts self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of the company.

Competencies Required:

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization

  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to proactively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and assignments

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and Experience Required: Two year degree in related field plus 2-3 years administrative support experience. Or; an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties of the job as listed above. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products is required.
