Director of Sales



We are a web-based photo tool for property and casualty insurance carriers to send to their claimants involved in a car accident. These organizations use the product to obtain photos from claimants to enhance their claims processes. We reduce the cost of adjusting a claim by 90% and reduces the time it takes to estimate a claim by up to a week.

We are seeking a motivated individual to lead our sales effort. This individual is responsible for prospecting new clients, selling in the product, and minimal ongoing account service after implementation. Potential sales targets could include regional, mid-market and national insurance companies with annual premium writings between $25 million and $5 billion.


  • Sales – Find and sell to new clients

    • Find target prospects using tools like Hubspot, ZoomInfo and Linkedin
    • Build and execute outreach strategies
    • Identify key stakeholders at target companies
    • Overcome buying objections and come up with solutions to counter those objections
  • Implementation – Get contracts signed, and implement with the client
    • Train new users or client trainers
    • Client Customization – Working with internal developers on any specific needs of clients
  • Client Management – Manage clients and have an outlet to navigate any issues or client   concerns
    • Working with developers on ways to improve and enhance the product

Ideal Candidate

Previous B2B sales experience is a must. The ideal candidate should be motivated by the opportunity to thrive in dynamic, start-up environment where they have the autonomy to drive product sales and development of sales support processes. The candidate should have between 5-7 years sales experience.
