Brand Content and Activation Manager

Pay: 
$80,000

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional who will help execute programs and develop assets for our brand. You will help us ensure the brand is used and enhanced for strength and clarity – while allowing us to leverage the consumer value of the brand. This position will require diving into agency creative rotation, reviewing photo proofs, running a project/process or production shoot and thinking of ways to creatively and strategically use and enhance our brand.  You will work with multiple agency partners, with the broader marketing team, outside marketing partners and across the organization.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure our sponsorships, activations and programs, whether internal or with outside groups are maximized while staying consistent with our brand standards and objectives
    • Oversee internal brand use across projects.  Providing guidance and assets for correct brand usage
    • Ensure we are maximizing the value (dollars, co-marketing or other value exchange) from our brand partnerships while ensuring we protect and enhance our brand
  • Provide brand direction and management/oversight for creative shoots for both internal photo/video production and agency produced ones
  • Follow up on partnership requests (work with our Partnerships Sales Manager to vet and pursue partnership opportunities)
  • Help strengthen and build a stronger emotional brand and enhance our connection to our consumers and prospects
    • Making sure we adhere to standards and principles and helping others ensure we embrace and use the brand as a filter in all that we do
    • Advocate new ideas and approaches, within the brand voice, to keep our brand evolving and unique
  • Think at the strategic level to make the appropriate brand decisions, while executing tactically
  • Be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Work with our agencies to oversee creative related to assets you produce and provide perspective and input on directly agency produced content
  • Build relationships in the marketing team, the operations team, the business development team and directly with the lodges

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field
  • Experience overseeing creative projects, partnerships and working with a strong brand(s)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves and get the work
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting
