Associate Marketing Manager - Molecular Pathology


Position Summary 

The Associate Marketing Manager – Molecular Pathology will be responsible for the development and execution of the commercial marketing/go-to-market strategy, as well as owning commercial launch plans pertinent to Molecular Pathology portfolio. 

Major Responsibilities

Marketing Plan and Campaign Development

  • Develop marketing plans, value proposition and positioning by market segment
  • Organize scientific/ educational events e.g. symposium 
  • Develop marketing campaigns, tools, and programs to drive demand and increase market share
  • Define content strategy and drive demand creation tactics
  • Work with digital marketing team for campaign execution through appropriate digital channels
  • Lead Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities as well as track market share

Portfolio Management

  • Maintain regional product responsibility for the company's Molecular Pathology portfolio, work in close partnership with the global product management team in business unit
  • Conduct product training

Business Development & Strategy

  • Own the go-to-market strategy plan for the molecular products in close collaboration with the global business units (BU) and the regional sales teams
  • Develop pricing strategies designed to achieve margin and revenue targets for new and existing products
  • Collaborate with the BU on product roadmap, new product development, and product management activities

Required Education, Experience, Skills

Education: BS in Business, Marketing, biology, molecular biology


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial marketing, product management
  • Experience in leveraging digital channels for demand generation
  • Experience in partnering with KOLs, Scientific Advisory Boards
  • Experience in business strategy –market & customer segmentation; competitive product benchmarking
  • Experience in the tissue diagnostics, medical devices industry
  • Demonstrated experience in data-driven marketing and analytics

Travel: Up to 30%
